S.U.C.C.E.S.S. – Burnaby Lands

Colwin Electric is supporting electrical construction at the S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Burnaby Lands development, a large-scale mixed-use affordable housing project in Burnaby. The multi-story build features over 160 residential units, commercial retail spaces, and a dedicated childcare facility, along with underground parking and modern shared amenities.

Walmart

Colwin Electric completed electrical upgrades and tenant improvements at both Walmart Guildford and Walmart Port Coquitlam locations.

Pattison Group Monte Cristo Bakery

Pattison Monte Cristo is a modern industrial facility in Delta, designed to support large-scale warehouse and distribution operations. The project features expansive floor space, high-bay areas, and integrated office components to accommodate a range of operational needs.

Catalyst Royal Oak

Catalyst Royal Oak is a six-storey mixed-use affordable housing development in Burnaby, providing 134 rental homes along with ground-level commercial space and shared amenities.

Catalyst Kingsway

Catalyst Kingsway is a six-storey affordable housing development in Burnaby, delivering over 200 rental homes designed to support individuals, families, and people with diverse housing needs. The project includes a mix of unit types, accessible suites, and shared indoor and outdoor amenity spaces.

AbCellera

AbCellera’s Vancouver campus is a state-of-the-art biotechnology facility supporting the discovery and development of antibody-based medicines. The campus includes advanced laboratory spaces, offices, and a clinical-grade manufacturing facility, all designed to support cutting-edge research and production.

Salvation Army

Vancouver Harbour Light is a multi-purpose social services facility in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, providing emergency shelter, supportive housing, and recovery-focused programs within a 24/7 operational environment.

Hope Hill

Colwin completed electrical renovations at Hopehill, a long-standing seniors housing community in East Vancouver that provides both independent and assisted living residences. The project focused on upgrading and modernizing existing electrical systems to support the evolving needs of residents while maintaining a safe and fully operational environment throughout construction. Working within an occupied facility required careful planning, coordination, and phased execution to minimize disruption to daily activities and resident care. Electrical upgrades were carried out across residential suites, common areas, and shared amenity spaces, improving overall functionality, reliability, and energy efficiency.

Kiwanis

Kiwanis Care Centre is a fully accredited long-term care facility located in New Westminster. Given the critical nature of healthcare environments, the electrical infrastructure within the facility plays a vital role in supporting continuous operations and resident safety. Systems are designed to ensure reliable power distribution to essential areas, including patient care spaces, nursing stations, and support services, where uninterrupted service is paramount.

Langley Ice and Dry Arena

The Langley Ice & Dry Arena Facility is a major multi-purpose development at the Langley Events Centre, designed to support both competitive sport and community recreation. Once complete, the facility will feature three ice sheets and two dry floor arenas, including a main arena with approximately 1,000 seats and additional arenas with seating for around 350 spectators each.

City Centre 4

City Centre 4 stands as a landmark project for Colwin, showcasing both technical innovation and forward-thinking design. As the only building in the development to feature two bus ducts, this project highlights the scale and complexity of the electrical infrastructure required to support a modern mixed-use tower.
